A lot of antiques belonging to the family are displayed here giving the guest a sense of a traditional "katogi" area that old homes in the area of Pelion shared with the guests. One of six apartments belonging to the family in a nice two story building in a wonderful coastal neighborhood less than 200 meters from the beach of Alykes, Volos.
It features two beds 1,20 X2,00 that could even accommodate two people each provided that the single bed is 0,90cm. It has all the electrical appliances and it is extremely comfortable during the hot summer days without the use of the AC which exists of course.
The apartment has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge and other electrical appliances for your use.
There is no need for AC during the very hot days in the summer for those who dislike the AC and it enjoys its own private area in the outdoor area of the buidling with its own table and chairs for the enjoyment of the guests.
The building is very close to transportation and a short drive to the center of Volos. If you come here to relax and enjoy the beach, there is no need for a car but you can use the apartment as your base to explore the area since there is so much to see and do the Volos- Pelion area.
